Our Story

Quilt Benefits was created to address the lack of options for employers to provide flexible benefits to their employees coupled with the tools to manage cost and budgets when you need them most.

With over 50 years of collective experience in healthcare, employee benefits, and customer service, the Quilt team is dedicated to improving the benefits experience by building a self-funded benefits company with CFOs, HR, employees and their families in mind.

Modern technology is integrated into the fabric of Quilt to deliver superior flexibility and service.

The Quilt team brings over 50 years or experience to deliver the Quilt self-funded health plan experience.  The leadership team brings experience harnessed from Mercer, Aetna, and Bank of America.

With a focus on superior customer service, financial management of health plan cost, and systems delivery, Quilt is built with CFOs, HR, employees and their families in mind.

The Quilt leadership team believes deeply in community involvement and routinely volunteers to help a variety of communities and programs thrive. This same commitment to community is woven into the fabric of Quilt, and is why 1% of revenues are allocated to support the communities of our clients and the programs that matter to them the most.
